The lemon sauce goes so well with the crispy chicken…. jheeze! 😮‍💨 Main ingredient: Santa Lucia spaghetti!(Boil for 5-7 minutes with salt & olive oil). RecipeChicken ingredients:

• 1 boneless (skinless) chicken breast
• 1 egg 🥚
• 1 tbsp milk 🥛
• 1 cup bread crumbs 🍞
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Lemon sauce:

• 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice 🍋
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈
• 2 garlic cloves 🧄
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 🫕
• 1 tbsp parsley 🌿

Squeeze extra 🍋 on top if you like it‘extra lemony’ like me!
